Level 2 – For the healthcare professional (PT, OT, MD, DO, Chiro, and ATC etc.)

You will learn the KinesioTherapy philosophy. Kinesiotherapists use rehabilitative exercise, reconditioning, body work and physical education to treat patients who have problems moving in any way. You will acquire a new way of thinking about exercise and rehabilitation which focuses on understanding foundational exercise and neuro-developmental movement patterns.

You will be given the knowledge to appropriately evaluate and implement appropriate manual therapy techniques and exercises which will help to strengthen and mobilize the nervous system of your client/patient by re-coordinating the MOVEMENTS they once performed well, but now have lost, because of restrictions, weakness, decreased motor planning, etc.

We will show you how to build a great foundation for human movement, improve coordination, then progress the exercise by increase the stimulus (load, speed… etc) to exact a response and improve function, strength and mobility.

The KinesioTherapy Certified Practitioner will have a unique way of understanding and teaching human biomechanics and developmental patterns that focuses on maturation of the central nervous system which is the primary impetus for stage like transitions in motor planning, motor development and motor control.

Through our innovative technique we can help you improve the lifestyle of your patients/clients by resolving the movement dysfunctions they have acquired over time.

Baby Burpees – 90-90 Pop-Ups To Baby Squat: This is a NeuroKinetX pattern that facilitates recruitment of the posterior kinetic chain elements in the spine, hips, knees, ankles and feet for pain relief, strengthening, stabilization, and motor planning. This progression also facilitates improved mobility of the hips, pelvis and lumbar spine as well as facilitates neurodynamic mobilization and neural threading.
