About Dr. Flores 

PT, DPT, OCS

Hayden is a Southern California native and grew up in North County San Diego. He attended Southern Adventist University in Chattanooga, TN, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2025. He returned to California to attend Loma Linda University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, graduating in 2018. 

Since graduating, Hayden has dedicated his practice to orthopedic rehabilitation and has extensive experience in post-operative care, injury prevention, and return-to-performance training. He has had the privilege of working with MLS, NCAA, extreme sports, and high school athletes. Hayden believes that, regardless of their title, every person is an athlete in their own right. He is passionate about helping people perform at their highest possible level in any arena.
